We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be re-sellable and in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at kingdomcomecompany@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.

 

Wood Grain Uniqueness
We do not consider natural grain to be faulty or defective. The wood grain may differ from tree to tree. In fact, most customers love that their toy is unique and made of solid wood. Embrace the natural wood and enjoy the quality.
 
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized products cannot be returned and are considered a final purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on closeout items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the amount originally charged minus shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
 
Shipping Policy
We ship out orders within 2-7 business days and they typically take 7-10 business days for delivery. Due to the current shipping issues and shortages, we reserve the right to change our shipping rates at any time.

Purchasing our products through this website or Etsy shop implies you have read and agreed to the following terms.  Some of our products may contain small parts that could be a choking hazard for children younger than 3. Adult supervision is required at all times. By purchasing our products you are assuming all risks associated with play. Kingdom Come Co. LLC is not responsible for any personal injury, choking, disability or death that may result from play or misuse of our products. By purchasing, you are entering into an electronic agreement and acceptance of these terms and you as the customer are agreeing to release and forever discharge Kingdom Come Co. LLC from any and all liability, claims, demands or causes of action arising out of any damage, loss, personal injury, or death while playing with our around our products.
